To offer you complete satisfaction, we have implemented a simple and effective returns policy.

Here are the 5 scenarios:
 

1. You wish to cancel or modify your order


We process orders you place quickly, usually within 12 hours. For this reason, you have 12 hours after ordering to send a cancellation or modification email to our Contact form . After this deadline, your items will undoubtedly have been shipped.

If you enter your delivery address incorrectly when placing your order, we accept no liability and no refund will be made. 

 

2. You have not received your package


Our delivery times are 7 to 10 business days. (except for certain countries see delivery policy )

If you do not receive your item within 30 days, then Contact us to report an item not received.

3. You have received your item, but you are not satisfied with it


No worries ! You can return it to us your item up to 14 days after receipt.*

Within 14 days of receipt, you may return a product and receive a refund, exchange or store credit for future purchases, if you received a product that is:

(a) damaged or contaminated package 

(b) defective or otherwise bad 

(c) materially different from what you ordered (incorrect item).

Here's how to do it in 3 steps:

1. Contact support at to notify that you are going to make a return. 
2. Print and complete the returns form . 
3. Send your article accompanied by the form to the address that we will communicate to you by email.

*The item(s) must be returned in perfect condition, either in their original packaging or in another. If the item is damaged, our customer service may refuse the return, replacement or refund because the item can no longer be considered new.  If the item has been misused or does not match your entire order it will not be refundable.

We may refuse to issue a refund if:

(a) the returned product has been used more than necessary to identify a defect (for example, if half of the product was used before the return);

(b) you are unable to provide the product for inspection;

(c) we have sufficient evidence that the product was not damaged during delivery;

(d) after careful inspection, we have not found the defects you specified;

(e) You are returning a non-defective product that has been used or the product packaging has been opened prior to return.

Important : 

As Ecolife products are perishable and sensitive to storage conditions, we do not normally accept returns, except for defective or damaged products. However, if you are unhappy with your purchased products for subjective reasons (such as not liking them), please contact our customer service by filling out a contact form on the website ( Contact Page ) and we will do our best to improve, find a solution and/or resolve any problem you may encounter. We always strive to find the most favorable solutions for our customers.

After receiving the item in our warehouses, we will refund the full amount of your purchase (item cost + delivery) in the form of a voucher. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

 

4. You received your item, but it arrived damaged


It may happen that your package is shaken during delivery and your item arrives broken.

In this case or in the case of a design defect, contact us with the following details:

1. Your order number 
2. Description of the problem (wrong/defective item, etc.) 
3. A photo or video

You will not need to return the product and we will refund the amount of your order directly to you in the form of a voucher.

5. You did not have time to collect your item from the collection point


In most cases, if your package is returned to the sender, the post office destroys the package and we are forced to resend you a new order. As a result, the price of your item divided by three will be (example: if you buy an item for 39.90EUR, you will have to pay the sum of 13.3EUR) at your expense for the return of the item. your order.
